Withdrawal and returns

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you or a person appointed by you receives the parcel. After withdrawing from the purchase, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Hygiene and refunds

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept a used exfoliating glove from a sealed package once the seal has been broken after delivery. Unopened and unused items can be returned. Return costs are yours unless the item was damaged or supplied incorrectly. We refund within 14 days under the statutory conditions.
