Privacy statement

HDS Shop is the webshop of Hammam de Sfinx. We process data to deliver your order, answer your question and improve the webshop securely.

Orders and contact

For an order, we process your name, email address, delivery address and order details. Our payment provider processes the data needed to complete your payment. We only use contact messages to respond.

Unfinished checkout

Once you agree to the terms and start a payment attempt, we keep the contents of your cart for up to 24 hours to complete the payment service. If payment is not confirmed, we may send one service reminder after about one hour. The recoverable cart contents are removed after a successful payment or no later than 24 hours. The sent email remains available as communication history in the protected dashboard.

Newsletter and reviews

We only use newsletter details with your explicit permission. After a paid order, we may ask you for a product review after two weeks. You can always unsubscribe from commercial email.

Measurement and session recordings

We use pseudonymous session data and visual session recordings to improve the webshop, product pages and checkout. Form fields are masked. Owner and internal devices are excluded. The browser does not send your name or email address to the recordings.

Advertising

Google Consent Mode defaults to denied advertising storage and sends cookieless measurements to support conversion measurement. Advertising cookies and other advertising platforms are enabled only after consent. The browser does not send your name or email address to advertising platforms.

Retention and your rights

We retain order and payment data for seven years because of fiscal retention rules. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data and withdraw advertising consent. Email info.hds.shop@gmail.com. We respond within one month.
